libdbd-mock-perl software package provides Mock database driver for testing, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-mock-perl
libdbd-mock-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-mock-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-mock-perl *
You will get with libdbd-mock-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
